Cannabis has a 20% tax. All of our pricing has tax included in the main menu. But in the shopping cart & at the point of check-out, the tax is added to the SUBTOTAL, instead of each individual items. This makes the products here look like tax is not applied, and the items are cheaper.

Please check the grand total at checkout that shows discounts, tax & fees and tips applied. We apologize for any confusion.

Deals change daily. Today's deal only applies to orders placed on the same day. Orders placed for 1 day ahead, will not have the previous day's deals applied to that order.

We process debit transactions with CASHLESS ATMs. It's just like using an ATM & it does withdrawals in $5 increments. You are given back the difference from the transaction in cash, with a $3 service fee added after.

**ATTENTION - CHIME CARDHOLDERS**

We have been experiencing issues with most CHIME DEBIT CARDS. If you are placing an order for Delivery, please have a different form of payment ready. We can NOT process Chime Debit Cards at this moment.

Section 4c states: "At the time of delivery the individual performing delivery must check the identification of the individual to whom delivery is being made in order to determine that it is the same individual who submitted the bona fide order." If you ordered it, you must be the person accepting the order.

Section 4e states: "Deliveries may not be made more than once per day to the same physical address or to the same individual."

Section 3a states : "A bona fide order must be received by an approved retailer from the individual requesting delivery, before 8:00 p.m. on the day the delivery is requested."

Section 4a states : "Deliveries must be made before 9:00 p.m. local time.."

We will contact you if we can not make it to you before 9pm.

We have the right to cancel a delivery order at anytime, for any reason.

During busy times, delivery can take up to 2 hours.
